Notice of Privacy Policy Amendment and New CCTV Policy (Effective November 2, 2026)

Hello, this is ENCell Co., Ltd.
To reflect its current personal information processing practices and relevant laws, the Company has fully amended its Privacy Policy and newly established a Fixed Visual Data Processing Device Operation and Management Policy. Please refer to the key changes below.

The Company has newly established a policy that describes the purposes of installation, installation locations, recording range, retention period, and managers of the fixed visual data processing devices (CCTV) installed and operated at its business sites.
The amended Privacy Policy and the Fixed Visual Data Processing Device Operation and Management Policy are available on the website. The previous privacy policy can be found under "Privacy Policy versions" in the Privacy Policy.
